Exploring paths less traveled
Gorgeous, Janie. Love seeing your Utah birds.... Love that yellow-rumped warbler.... I saw one one year here in the winter --in his winter colors... Very different.Have a fabulous Memorial Day Weekend.Hugs,Betsy
Very nice local bird collection.I've been watching the Lucy's Warblers, Steller Jays and lots of Ravens.
so pretty...I love the red winged black birds...
For so so long I've associated orioles with the baseball team of a city on the east coast. Just this year -- can you believe that -- I've finally noticed the actual bird of that name. I love your photo of the lovely Bullock Oriole. Mr. Red-Winged Blackbird is certainly dashing, isn't he. And something about doves is just so calming. Thank you, Janie, for these lovely shots. Oh, and what a magnificent banner! Great catch!
Life doesn't get better than spotting beautiful birds like these. I love the colorful feather.hugs,Pam
Since you've got both birds and blooms, I know spring is with you to stay. Love the new Header, too!
I'm a Baltimore Oriole fan, so its fun to see an ornithological correct bird in real life, not just on a baseball cap.
I've never seen a yellow-rumped warbler or a Bullock's oriole! Very cool. You really got some great shots of these birds, Janie. I just love watching birds.
Such gorgeously coloured birds. We normally have collared doves in the garden but have only seen them passing through this year:-(
Your feathered friends are gorgeous!!!!!
Butter butt! I never tire of seeing them.
great captures--what kind of camera do you use? I've never been able to get a picture of a bird.
