The northwest corner of Yellowstone National Park is beautiful rolling grasslands and an immense sky. This photo was taken in June, 2007, on the Rescue Creek trail. I'm the hiker, and Steve is the photographer.

ReplyDeleteNow, this is gorgeous! What a beautiful sky and I love how the sun and shadows play on the plateau. The hiker's presence really shows the immensity of the surroundings. Great pic!
The composition in this is just perfect. Textbook perfect. Marvelous!

ReplyDeleteI love hiking. That looks like a wonderful place to explore. I've been to yellowstone one time. Mostly a drive through. It was beautiful but you need lots of time to really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing your wonderful picture.
