Grass is Always Greener

Can the forage really be so much sweeter on the other side of the fence?
Apparently so.

  10. Our paint horse was always SO bad about doing this, until we put a single strand of electric wire around the top of our fencing. I haven't seen him do this in a LONG time now. Good thing too. He got one of his front feet entangled in some barb wire years ago from reaching over the fence - you would think that might have taught him a lesson, but noooooo. Hence we introduced them all to the electric wire. We often turn it off for days at a time, because they've become so accustomed to it, they don't know the difference!

(Beautiful pics with the snow all around!)
