Animal Farm

When I go out to walk in the pasture, Mischief might give me this look that says, "When can I go in the house?  It's cold out here, you know."
Or his, "I'm so good, I really ought to get a treat" look.
Or no look at all, which seems to say, "The grass is good, the weather's fine.  All is right with our world."
In this place and for this moment, I agree.  All is right.

  1. Mischief reminds me of Skipper, always looking for a treat. I really like the last shot of the sun in the tree!
It's good to recognize those moments when all is right with the world.

I'm sure that Mischief agrees... BUT--maybe he was asking: "Where am I taking her today?" ha

  11. It's funny the relationships we develop with our pets, we get to know one another's body language even without talking (and also with talking). My guess is that dogs will be talking by 2075.

I enjoyed your peak profile as I like mountains and your July wildflowers were great.

  28. Your horses are absolutely beautiful and that pinkish sky looks quite like the one I posted this week on Skywatch! It does give everything a peaceful, unhurried look. Lovely and your scenery is so different to mine.
