Phlawed (sic) Photos

In answer to a new Double Dare Meme at Kathleen's Easy for Me to Say and Derrick of Melrose Musings, I hereby proudly share these photo imperfections:
Steve's capture of Mischief, unfocused.
My shots of Frantic Daisy
and Daisy Fuzzed.
Enjoy!
We have taken many worse shots, but most of them were quickly deleted.  From now on, I'll try to save the really, really bad ones just in case...

  1. Looks like real life to me. There's something to be said for the enjoyability of shots like this. Thanks for making me smile. :-)

  2. Fuzzy and unfocused pictures say so much. I like to see the motion in these. Heck, if I tossed all the phlawed photos I wouldn't have very many left.

  3. Your fuzzy animals just look more energetic :)

  4. Even fuzzy, that's still one gorgeous horse! I love the idea of posting photo outtakes. Hmmmmm. Wheels are turning now.

Love that one of Daisy--doing her business. Poor thing.... give the girl some privacy!!!!! ha ha

  8. The fuzziness actually shows the action of the moment. Very nice.

  9. I like the action in the first one, blurry or not. Very artistic.

  13. I love it! Daisy looks faster than a speeding bullet. The picture of Mischief is great too. Do a little doctoring and that could make a great Halloween picture.

  14. Daisy's pictures are funny. :) I can just see her darting around happily.

  15. I'm not sure you can say it's a phlaw if Mischief and Daisy move so fast the camera can't catch them. I think these photos give a good indication of how fast the two of them (and you) were moving.

  16. I really like the one of you on Mischief... funny how we find them flawed, but in reality, they just show another side to our activities - I think it makes the photos more real. Daisy is so funny, one happy dog for sure!

  17. Lol, these reminded me of some of the photos I have of my cats! Sometimes I really don't think animals have grasped the 'smile and say cheese' philosophy...;)

  18. I have a hoard of similar photos as well....probably more of these than the perfect ones!

  19. That last one makes Daisy look like she is flying.

  20. I came by via the Imperfect Housewife. I love "Phlawed photos". I like the action of them. I think one of my personal favorites was a vulture that was a little too fast for me and I all I caught was its tail.
