Exploring paths less traveled
You are surrounded by beauty!! enJOY your week!!
Janie, how gorgeous! That 2nd photo almost looks like a watercolor, perhaps due to the haze. And that little pond is absolutely beautiful with the golden aspens nearby! :) What a great weekend you guys had!
Oh Janie, I love those yellow aspens. That one picture with the aspens showing up in the water as reflections is fabulous. I love the Maples also when they turn. We have a gorgeous day here today--but not much color yet. Thanks for sharing your colors with us. WOW!!!Hugs,Betsy
Your photos are all wonderful i love the scenery and the aspens are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing your scenic Sunday..
A beautiful ride today.
I have to say I am a complete SUCKER for a reflection shot - just perfect!
I agree with all the other comments such beauty where you live. You are a wonderful photographer, ever thought about a photo book of somekind?
Very pretty colours. I'm surprised Utah is so much more colorful than Ontario at the moment but you did say you were at a high altitude.
Wonderful fall posts. And those golden aspen are truly greaaaaaaaat!Nicely done. Thanks!
The aspen is absolutely gorgeous, but so are all of your pictures. I think the view is tremendous even with the haze. I'm glad Daisy is such a good guide.
Gorgeous shots, Janie! What magnificent colors! I know Daisy had a ball! Mojo says hi and wishes she could have gone with you! I love the aspen, too!Have a great week!Sylvia
Great photographs of the lovely trees. We don't have Aspen and I think they are among the most beautiful in sight and sound.
these autumn colours and trees are truly astounding... I do miss those colours here..
Its great to see those magnificent rolling hills covered with fall colors. You sure do live in a mountainous wonder land, Janie.Color me green with envy... Pam i am :D
I'm always full of oooohs and aaaahs when I see your posts! Awesome!!!
That second shot looks like the back of Timpanogas. The haze gives the long shots quite a dreamy look. I'll bet the smoke is coming from the fire in Grand Teton Park.Answer to comment about Potato Harvest. The hours are long and the work is dirty. It is a race against Mother Nature to get the crop in before the ground freezes. My daughter spent one year working in a snowmobile suit long past dark to earn her minimum wage. When things go well, though, it can be fun.
Great ride. Love that fall color and hearing about Daisy's adventures.
Wonderful Fall Colors and nice squence of shots...would love to see the mountains in Utah like you do. cheers.
gorgeously colorful world!
My God but those aspens are stunning! How long do your falls last. In Minnesota, we get about a month (if we're lucky) of color. And then brown. Till first snowfall, which is well worth the wait!
wow. this place looks like a marlboro country and some scenes i cud only see in movies. great job and thanks for sharing.
The Aspen are so gorgeous. I noticed today that some of our golden aspen are already turning brown.
What a marvellous ride through beautiful scenery. We have the odd maple in towns and parks and they have turned gorgeous colours.
I'm sure that was a thoroughly enjoyable journey through the beautiful mountains! Would want to personally see the color change some time!!! Awesome shots these are....- Pixellicious Photos
Grace was at Denver not too long ago and she will post her color of Aspen at this week's ABC. From your pictures, the fall is also so pretty at Utah.
a beautiful ride...autumn is heavenly...i think.have a lovely week.
Beautiful fall colors. I especially like the picture of the maples and the apsen reflected in the water. You ride in such wonderful places.
Sooooo wonderful! I enjoyed your ride very very much! Thank you, Janie!
