Exploring paths less traveled
so cute! & these shots are so idyllic. You live in the most beautiful place!
I'll bet Daisy enjoys each and every one of those chases on the bunny trail even if the bunny does get away.
That Daisy is a hunter, isn't she???? That nose can take her lots of places.. Has she ever actually found a wabbit????Cute pictures...Hugs,Betsy
I'm surprised that Daisy wouldn't catch a rabbit or two if she really wanted to. These are great shots of her having fun in the snow.
Love that Daisy! Love to see her playing in the snow for whatever reason! Great shots, as always! All of you -- have a great weekend!Sylvia, Sam and Mojo!
Ah, that is just so beautiful! Both Daisy's enthusiasm and the gorgeous snow-covered landscape!
Too adorable! And what lovely sunny weather you're having.
The joy is in the anticipation. Daisy's a Labrador so she'd never kill a bunny . . . would she?? ;-)
Enjoyed seeing Daisy on a hunt. That was neat idea for your post.
Daisy is adorable, just love seeing her going about her day.
Great photos of Daisy exploring. I like the last one with the snow on her whiskers. =D
In answer to several questions, yes, Daisy has caught a few bunnies. She's a good hunter and would probably survive on her own in the wild pretty well.
Daisy is so cute...but I am so glad she did not catch the bunny today!
Well she deserves credit for trying so hard!
Daisy is a high energy dog. Great shots.
Janie: At least Daisy got the scent right, nice shots in the snow.
What a beautiful animal! my favorite.
Awww, poor dog, foiled again!
Cute shots of your Daisy! I'm sure she has a great nose.
Phew! Glad she was foiled or this post could've been quite graphic.
In all of your photos of Daisy including today's you can tell she loves her life and surroundings.Wonderful photos and essay!
She is definitely a happy pooch! Playing in the snow is fun for all...beautiful captures.
Clover and Cosmo are on their way to help you look for those rabbits! Woohoo!
Daisy has such a beautiful, intelligent face. I think she has the best "dog life" ever, that is why she looks so content. I am also a believer in "Man's Best Friend" a dog is for life in the family not just for a whim because he or she was a cute puppy at one stage. I always feel very sorry for the poor dog who is shifted around, due to bad behaviour which has in the first place been instigated that he never had a stable, loving home.
How fun ;-)I just had Molly out a while ago (during a break in our wet rainy weather) and she had her nose to the ground ... checking out who'd been passing by. Methinks Molly would LOVE to visit Daisy's world!Hugs and blessings,Small Reflections
Daisy always looks so enthusiastic. She's a beautiful Lab.
Such a cute dog. Great captures of Daisy.
And we humans think we are so smart! Can any of us find a rabbit trail just by sniffing? :)
Looks like fun was had.
Whew - that was close! Lucinda and her friends made another getaway! I'm afraids she's here gloating at Daisy...
Daisy looked like she was working hard....
Awww, look at the little frozen whiskers! What a cutie!
Great Entry! God Bless!
She sure is enjoying the snow!
Great photos of your beautiful Daisy!
I bet she had such a good time. I know Roscoe would love to go rabbit hunting. It's warmed up. Maybe we can go for a walk in the woods next door.
I'm sure daisy will eventually flush out that rabbit!
lovely photos, I'm glad the bunnies escaped!
daisy sure is having a ball!!!
