The grass in our "yard" has gotten a little out of hand.
Bring out the Super Mower!
Actually, the new MoCo (mower-conditioner) belongs to our neighbors, and their teenage son can't wait to make hay with this fancy-dan machine. It has headlights, air conditioning, and an on-board GPS guidance system. This baby will go up to 12 mph, and if programmed to turn at the fence lines, there is no steering required. Amazing, isn't it?
Oooohh, the farmers are all going to get flustered with that picture, it might be too much, you might have to remove it! That sure is fancy, air conditioned and gps, whew.
ReplyDeletewhoo hoo...now that's a tractor...
ReplyDeleteThat is some piece of equipment! I wish we had had something like this when I was working in the fields as a youngster baling hay in the summer heat.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow...can't imagine the price tag on that baby. He's going to have a lot of fun with that one!
ReplyDeleteDoes that come in a mini-me size? A teenage family member was ask to whack down the grasses/weeds (with pay) about 3 wks ago...well I guess if we had one of them in a mini size he would have been done with it...*sigh*
ReplyDeleteHi Janie, this is truly a super slasher. The horses will be happy to get their noses into the fresh hay!
ReplyDeletesince we had our slasher on the farm there have been some great improvements!
Ohh!Wow! I'd love one of those - trouble is our 'estate' is *far* too small . . . how marvellous :-)
ReplyDeleteWow Janie.... That new Super Mower has all of the comforts of home... Does it offer some lemonade while you work???? ha ha
ReplyDeleteGlad you have a nice neighbor!!!! He can be a huge help to you all ---while having some fun himself...
That's a beauty ---and very fancy-dancy!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
I have never heard of such a thing. How cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd fancy-yes? but does it have cupholders??? :0
That's quite some mower! :D
ReplyDeleteHowever, those things are a pain to follow on these Welsh country roads.
That machine is amazing. I bet it has satellite radio also.
ReplyDeletethat is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThat is one mega machine. I'm sure it will mow down that tall grass with no problem.
ReplyDeleteWOW! That grass is almost as tall as you, Janie! Doesn't anybody use a plain old tractor anymore? (GPS - where is he driving that thing?)
ReplyDeleteThat rivals our Kubota!
ReplyDeleteThat's impressive ... and very shiny new. Lots of tractors in Belgium where we'll be going later this summer (but none that shiny).
ReplyDeleteOh seems good workers, machine and teenager. Great job!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes it also avoid dogs and small children;) Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteSmiles
Some machine!... What to give the "farmer who has everything" for his birthday.
ReplyDeleteWow, what an amazing machine! I know a lot of guys who would love to have that...except we live in the mountains where there is hardly any flat land!
ReplyDeleteGPS on a mower? Well, hay can get pretty high, can't it? It IS possible the driver might get lost. :)
ReplyDeleteAir conditioning sounds mighty GOOD!
Impressive machine. When I read the title super mower, I thought I would see a herd of horses in that overgrown pasture! I wonder what our Amish neighbors would think of that MoCo.....
ReplyDeleteLOL--I think I was expecting a goat.
ReplyDeleteJanie: That is truly amazing, what a great machine.
ReplyDeleteI've never seen such a gigantic machine in my whole life! I'm truly amazed at the knowledge of how people can invent such a thing!
ReplyDeleteAmazing is a good word for, Janie. My husband, RJ would love to get his hands on this super-duper wackin machine.
ReplyDeleteFirst time I see such a thing!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what my great-grandfather, an Iowa farmer, would have thought of this.
ReplyDeletethought I'd just stop by and thank you for your kind comments :)
