  7. you'd have to look for some pretty tough little birdies to live in those digs for the winter--nice shot!

  8. Very lovely! I think I'll pass though. My family has already outgrown that sweet nest. (And I rather enjoy central heat.)

  13. Lovely photos, what a beautiful sunshine and blue sky you have and some tenants too for the winter.
It is the third day that it is snowing continually by us, we don't even see the sky.

  17. Cute post, Janie... Don't think you'll get many 'takers' though.

Poor little birdies... You have to put more food out for them during the winter. That's what I do...

In the meantime though, you all stay WARM --and be careful out there in the ice and snow.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  20. You would make an excellent real-estate saleswoman!

I had not thought what would happen to a poor bird's nest during a snow storm. But yes, of course ... not a good place to be for a poor birdie.

Good and fun series of photographs.

  42. Kinda gives "snow birds" a new meaning. You'be inspired me--I'll remember my camera next time I go for a ski, and get pics of the most wasp nests I've ever seen in one area. Not sure I'll knock to see if anyone's home, though.
