Far Far Away

  6. Great shot Janie, and thank for the distance estimate. That has me thinking about how far out the horizon is when I look out at the Gulf of Mexico. It must be shorter than 12 miles. BTW, I like the name of the reservoir. (Presumably named after the baseball player? ... joking!)

  20. I just had to check out your blog through Esther's. I hope you don't mind. It seems that you are living the life I long to live. I had to check out your yellowstone creek post as that is near my old stomping grounds. I grew up around horses and we used to go on a week long pack Yellowstone to Cody Wyoming. You are awfully lucky! Great blog! It is fun to see where you get to go!
