Vampire Vigor

V is for vampirish.
Vladimir von Vampire is a very vicious vagabond, with his velcroed velveteen cape veiling his vehement visage.
Vladimira von Vampiress, of the variegated violet eyes, might appear to be all vapid vanity, but, verily, she is a vivid vector for validating a vamp's existence.
Some might validly vocalize that young Vlad and Vladimira should vamoose to vacationland where they could eat vats of vegetables, vanilla pudding, and valuable vitamins, rather than veer into vast vascular violence to vanquish vampire-dissing.
Viva le vampire values!
Voila, these varmints vanish like vapor when the Halloween holiday ends, only to appear again another year to continue their valorous vendetta.

  2. That should cover most of the "V"s in the Dictionary. The Vampire must have been hungry... :-)

  14. I won't even attempt to top that alliteration in my comment:) Vlad and Vladimira may look frightening to some, but I think they look like adorable grandchildren under that scary make-up. My youngest grandson is obsessed with vampires. Thanks for sharing this week, Janie & Steve!

  17. Very well written Janie. :) I loved browsing through your blog. Utah is unfortunately one of the states I have ony visited once but is the first one on my list to explore more fully the next time I go there. Doing it on horseback would be ideal and I actually was speaking about it to someone today in an e-mail.

I love it when the cacti are in bloom but you seem to have many species there which we don't.

Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog.

  18. Did you leave any 'V' words unused? Verily you have surpassed yourself. The kids are entirely too cute to be scary. Thanks for a great post.
